Usui Reiki is the original form of Reiki and is a very powerful healing technique, which is quite simple and may be easily learned.

The Reiki level 2 workshop is given on a one-on-one with Gary, who will give you his personal attention.

You can book a Workshop with Gary on any day from Monday to Saturday. He has 20 years of experience teaching.

Starts at 11 a.m. and finishes at 5.30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break. Students may bring their lunch with them or purchase something from the many cafes on the High Street. Refreshments are freely available at the Workshop during the day.

Parking is available.

Before attending Reiki Level 2, all students must have completed Reiki Level 1 with a certified certificate that is recognized by a leading body of authority in Reiki.

The Workshop is in a relaxed, holistic and enjoyable atmosphere where Gary’s attention will be with you at all times.

Reiki Level 2 is a beautiful and rewarding experience; the Workshop has a more in-depth approach to it than Reiki Level 1. This workshop will give you confidence and help you to continue your journey onward with Reiki Healing. It will guide you towards having a greater understanding of yourself and expand your awareness to a higher degree.

Reiki Level 2 introduces you to the sacred Reiki symbols, and it will show you the many ways to use them and how this enhances Reiki healing.

Reiki creates harmony, balance and calmness within the mind, body and spirit, and the well-being of yourself, your family and friends. When you give and receive Reiki Healing, you will find deeper insight and balance as your healing powers grow.

Usui Reiki Level 2 will enable you to connect with a greater awareness of Reiki energy. During this Workshop, you will learn different Reiki techniques, including how to send distant Reiki healing to anyone, anywhere in the world.

In the morning of the Workshop, after an introduction and a chat, we will discuss your experiences since learning Reiki Level 1 and look at how you may have developed and progressed to the present time of your enrolment in Reiki Level 2.

You will be given a Reiki Level 2 manual, this manual will be read together and explained by Gary, and any questions arising will be answered.

During the reading, Gary will give further explanation about:

  • Empowerment
  • Where and how to use the symbols
  • Beaming
  • Group beaming
  • Planetary Healing
  • Scanning
  • Distant Healing
  • Crystals
  • The Aura

  • Drawing the rainbow light into the Chakras
  • Closing down the Chakras
  • The healing power of colours

In the afternoon, after reading the manual, you will learn how to draw the three Reiki symbols and how to use this knowledge to empower yourself and for the benefit of others.

After lunch, we will continue using the symbols, and this will be followed by giving Distant Healing.

Throughout the day, Gary will give four attunements. These attunements will create further empowerment for those given in Reiki Level 1. The first three attunements will raise your vibrations and open and re-align your energy centres, the Chakras of the body. This will help to create an even greater awareness within you and help you to receive and give healing. Attunements also create well-being and balance in your life. The fourth attunement will seal the energy completely.

Finally, at the end of the day, you will be issued a Reiki Level 2 certificate, which will be honoured by the UK Reiki Federation.
