All Reiki workshops are held in North London, N.12, Monday through Sunday, with Gary, who has 20 years of teaching experience.

Usui Reiki Level 1: Starts at 11 a.m. until 5.30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break. You can either bring lunch with you, or there are plenty of cafés on the high street. Refreshments are freely available all day.

The Workshop is small and friendly, conducted in a relaxed, holistic, and enjoyable atmosphere. Gary’s attention will be with you at all times.

Learning Reiki Level 1 is a beautiful and rewarding experience and something that can support you through life. The Reiki Workshop will help and guide you towards having a greater understanding and awareness of yourself and of others.

Reiki creates harmony, balance and calmness within the mind, body and spirit. The well-being of yourself, your family and your friends will increase through Reiki Healing, and you will find deeper insight and balance as your healing powers grow.

Usui Reiki is the original form of Reiki and is a very powerful healing technique, which is quite simple and may be easily learned.

On the morning of the Workshop, after an introduction and a chat, you will be given a Reiki Level One manual. You will read and explain this manual together, and any questions you may have will be answered.

During the reading, Gary will give further explanations about the following:

What is Reiki
The History of Reiki
The Five Principles of Reiki
The Benefits of Reiki and How It Compliments Other Therapies
Reiki Healing for Animals and Plants
Healing the Self
Healing Others
Guidelines on how to Set up a Reiki Practice and any other topics related to Reiki.

After the reading, you will learn how to transform your own energy through Self-healing; Gary will do this by guiding you through the Chakras of the body with meditation, using certain hand positions.

In the afternoon and after lunch, you will learn how to centre and align yourself before proceeding to give Reiki Healing to another student. You will also learn to scan the body for any blockages that you may possibly be intuitively aware of, using the hand positions taught for healing. You will also receive healing from another student.

Throughout the day, Gary will give four attunements. The three attunements will raise your vibration and open and re-align your energy centres, the Chakras of the body. This will help to create a greater awareness within you and help you to receive and give healing. Attunements also create well-being and balance in your life. The fourth attunement will seal the energy completely. Once given, the ability to perform Reiki is for life.

In the late afternoon, Gary will review and explain the Chakras and their significance to the energy body. He will also discuss Kundalini energy.

Finally, at the end of the day, you will be issued a Reiki Level One certificate, which will be honoured by the UK Reiki Federation.

Reiki is easy to learn and is ideal for calming and re-vitalising your mind, body, and spirit, relieving stress and pain, increasing your well-being, and bringing deeper insight, healing, and balance to yourself, your family, and your friends.
